Store Policies
VERIFICATION:
To prevent any scams or disputes, BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST match on your order. If different, you will be asked for photo proof of the card used and a picture of your photo ID. If you cannot verify the authorization for the purchase, your order will be cancelled and you will be blocked from ordering from the site. ScrubsByHer@yahoo.com
• NO Refunds!
• Due to the nature of our products, there are NO exchanges, refunds, or returns allowed.
• IF there’s a issue on our behalf, we will compensate IF the issue is presented within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Clear, identifiable pictures/videos will be asked for. Items must be in original packaging and well kept.
• Please make sure ALL order information is correct before submitting your payment. (Products, shipping address, card info, etc).
When will my order ship?
• All orders are shipped through USPS. On hand product will ship within 2-3 business days after order is placed.
• Any product not in stock has to process and will be shipped out and arrive to you within 7-10 business days. Weekends & Holidays are NOT considered business days!
Shipping delays:
•Scrubs By Her is NOT responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies.
•You’ll receive your tracking number once order has been shipped. Check your email!
•Once tracking number has been sent, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and stay updated on location/route.
• Please place your order accordingly in case of any delays!
Lost/Stolen Packages:
•Scrubs By Her is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
•Once item is shipped and tracking information has been sent to customers email, it is the customers responsibility to stay updated on location/route.
